What We Do

This one-on-one session may take place in-person (at a coffee shop or similar place in Providence, RI) or virtually. We will discuss your labor preferences and options, construct a birth plan, unpack fears and hopes around the birth, and discuss advocacy scenarios. Resources provided will include the following documents: Key Questions for your Provider, On Advocacy & Boundaries, Journaling Prompts, and Resources for Pregnant & Postpartum. Homework may be assigned after the meeting to aid in birth prep!
