What We Do

During this one-on-one session between the birth doula and birth partner, we'll discuss partner support measures and how to work together as a support team, review postpartum support plans and resources, and practice advocacy scenarios. Homework may be assigned before and/or after the meeting to aid in postpartum prep! This meeting may take place in-person (at a coffee shop or similar place in Providence, RI) or virtually.
